Yes — contact us within 24 hours of placing the order with your name and email used at checkout. Digital editions cannot be cancelled once the download link has been sent.

Shipping is free on orders over $35. Below that a flat fee of $4.99 applies. The fee is shown in the basket before you check out.

Typically 3–10 business days depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Customs duties or import taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.

Printed books can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition for a full refund of the item price. Contact us first so we can send you a return label.

Refunds are issued within 5 business days after we receive the returned item. Depending on your bank, it may take another 3–7 days to appear on your statement.

Send us a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement or refund you in full — no need to return the damaged copy.

Digital editions are non-refundable once the download link has been sent, except where required by law. If the file does not open, contact us and we will resend it.
